We are a full service, in-house, graphic art and platemaking company, equipped to handle any project from creative concept to finished plate. Our talented team of graphic artists specialize in conceptual design, colour separation, trapping, printability troubleshooting, colour proofing and pasted mock-ups. We support a variety of file formats and can output film negatives and mylar dielines up to 54″ wide. Photosensitive polymer sheets are exposed to UV light through a high contrast negative. This step hardens the image so the unexposed portion can be washed away. The plate is then transferred to the drying oven to complete the process.
