Apricot Tree Café opened on December 3, 1993. Originally opened as a Dessert and Cake Shop, a light Lunch menu with Soups, Salads and Sandwiches were added. In 1997 we moved to a larger Unit within the same Plaza. With a larger kitchen it also allowed us to start offering a Breakfast and Dinner menu as well. In 2016 we expanded again at the current location. This also allowed us to expand our menus further. All our Desserts, Cakes, Pastries and Ice cream are still made on the premises. Most recently we have become a World Wide Leader by providing a Safe Indoor Dining Experience. Air Audits have been done to determine the efficiency of the HVAC System and ultimately the ventilation.
